1. Order Processing
All bullbars and accessories from B & B Metalworks are custom-built to order. Please allow appropriate fabrication time before shipping. We will notify you when your order is ready for dispatch or pickup.

2. Shipping Options
We offer shipping across Australia via trusted freight carriers. Freight costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. We also offer local pickup by prior arrangement.

3. Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the freight provider. Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Delivery delays are outside our control once items are with the carrier.

4. Packaging & Handling
All items are carefully packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and report any visible damage to the carrier immediately.

5. Freight Damage & Risk
B & B Metalworks is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. Risk passes to the buyer once the item leaves our workshop. Freight insurance is available upon request at an additional cost.

6. Tracking
Tracking details will be provided where available. Not all freight carriers offer real-time tracking for large or remote deliveries.

7. Pickup
Pickup is available from our workshop by appointment. Please ensure you have the proper vehicle or trailer for loading.
