At B & B Metalworks, all products are custom-built to order. As a result, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or customer error once fabrication has commenced.
Defective or Incorrect Products
We take great care in the production of every order. If you receive a product that is defective or does not match the specifications provided at the time of order, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery and must include supporting evidence such as photos and a description of the issue.
Assessment & Resolution
All refund or replacement claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. B & B Metalworks reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or partial refund. We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or modification after delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
